I will not go into great detail, but the shop had my daughter's vehicle for 2.5 weeks or so. They had changed the head gaskets and upon reassembly and trying to start it a party failed and caused major damage. So they had to take the engine out again and proceed with repairs. They knew I was frustrated at the end of 2 weeks. I went there in person and the service manager talked through everything with me, showed me the failed part, the engine, and said the cost would be no more than the original estimate. They in fact made the cost less than the original estimate. While I was frustrated, I knew Beckley's would make it right. They normally get my major work on this particular vehicle and a closer shop gets the oil changes. I think they will get all my service needs now. Hopefully they can change oil in GM products as well :) They have earned my business for years to come and I find comfort in the fact my daughter can take her car their and not get ripped off.
