Took my car in on a Friday for an oil change, overall inspection, and most importantly a battery draw that left my car dead if left overnight. Initially the service was great and by Friday afternoon they had let me know know it would be a couple of days in the shop, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, Wednesday rolled around and I had not received an update until I started calling in. Upon answering I was told someone would reach out to me. No answer Wednesday and only after calling in 3 times (I was told someone would get back to me each time) on Thursday did I finally get the answer that my car would be ready the next day. As far as the service itself the battery issue was fixed but the oil change wasn’t done correctly as there is now a constant leaking coming from the car. I plan on taking my car back to see if they will finish the job for me, but will probably shy away from further servicing due to the lack of poor communication

Service was done by time I’d requested, details of work performed completely explained in layman’s language along with illustrations. Cost was below dealers quote. Couldn’t he happier with the service!

Every associate I interacted with from the service desk, to the shuttle driver, and the mechanic were very professional. I chose Buckley’s over my dealer and I’m so glad I did. Will use them for future maintenance needs. The shuttle service is amazing. So nice to go home and wait for service to be completed as opposed to waiting at the dealer.
