Probably one of the worst experiences of any shop I’ve been to. Heard such good things about beckley and was told it was THE place to take my audi to. Didn’t take any ownership for previous work they had done, very slow when working on the car and anytime I wanted an update on the process I had to call and reach out to them to get an update. They told me I needed a new $16,000 transmission for my car when I knew that wasn’t the case. I told them not to touch it any further and had the car towed to Audi of Des Moines where they told me it was just a simple and easy fix. After just two days of my car being at Audi of Des Moines I was back on the road when my car sat at beckley for nearly a month. 0/10 do not recommend.
