I called to see if I could bring my car in to have a fog light replaced. They said I could bring my car in at my earliest convenience. I took my car directly there and they had the new fog light installed within about 20 minutes or so. The staff was courteous and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I plan on being a repeat customer.
Phenomenal customer service, repair, was done in a quick fashion. And they did a very good job cleaning around where the oil had been leaking.
The man at the desk (sorry I don’t remember your name) was very polite and easy to visit with. Any question I had was answered in detail. Was a very good and nice first impression of Beckley’s. Thank you!

I have always had a great experience at Beckley. I have been taking my car there for services since 2016. Great location if you live or work downtown. I recently needed a lot of repairs to my car. They texted me a list of items and images explaining each issue, how severe it was and the cost. It was nice to be able to send the link to my dad to review / approve each repair rather than having to make a decision on the spot or over the phone.
