Corey was exceptional at explaining the issues with my car and my options for fixing it, along with what should be done now and what could wait, while also explaining the issues waiting might lead to. I never felt like I was being pressured into work just so that they could make money off of me. More that they cared about my car and were treating it as if it were their own.
Great service. Dropped my car off without an appointment and they looked at it first thing in the morning and corrected the problem. I had the car back by noon.
Always a positive experience with Beckley’s. Every person is kind and helpful and they make drop off and pick up extremely convenient. Appreciate all that they do!
The only place I'll go in Des Moines for auto service. They're big enough to get your car in an out quickly (and cost effectively) but small enough to know you by name. This team is top notch.
They do great work! I had a water pump go out on my Z4 BMW. They said it would be a week to get to it but they got it done in 4 days..Thanks for the great service..
