Very good, knowledgeable service. My BMW X1 was up for the first routine service since the warranty ended, so it was my first time taking the car to someone other than the dealer. Beckley provided the same oil change and systems check that my dealer would have done for less than half the price. Having a technician who specializes in a particular manufacturer is a plus and gives one a sense of confidence the work will be done right. I was told the work would take an hour, which it did. I waited in their very clean and well-appointed waiting area. Free coffee and lots of great books and magazines to peruse, along with good wifi. Most appreciated was the quiet, low-key attitude of the customer service reps, which made the wait pleasant and actually relaxing. You guys have a new customer, I'll be back. Hopefully, not too soon!

I was very pleased with how quickly and professionally my Volvo was repaired. I had some electronic issues and they knew exactly what to do. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

After trying a few other places, we found Beckley’s and have had Mercedes and Nissan vehicles serviced by them for close to 20 years and have always been happy with their work. They are professional and provide quality service.

Central location in Des Moines which is easy to get to. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. I had service done on and Audi which was done on time and thankfully didn't break the bank like service at the dealerahip.

Very good service. They kept the appt, the shuttle took me to the downtown area and they were complete in less time than I thought. There was another issue I had mentioned and they were able to make a recommendation that has already helped clear the problem.
