My van had major, major problems while I was out of town. We were towed to Beckley Automotive. They are the nicest, most professional, caring group I have ever experienced. They are diligently working on my van to make it just right. I have full confidence that it will be a magnificent outcome!

Went in for an oil change, much cheaper then going to the Volkswagen dealership and they were very honest and upfront. I was fairly certain that there wasn't any issues on my vehicle and they confirmed that there was nothing that needed done. Very honest, will be back!

Walked in and the place was very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had an issue and explained it and within 20-30 minutes after leaving they called me and had found the problem. Gave me a quote for it at a very reasonable price and got it taken care of. Mar car runs very quietly and I have a burden off my shoulders. I complimented them on the service and found out that most of the mechanics have been around no less than 10 years. Will be bringing my vehicle back for any and all service. Keep it up Beckley Auto!

This is the first time I have been to this auto shop and I am very pleased with (Chad) who has worked with trying to help me solve the problems that my Cadillac is having. He has made me very comfortable breaking down all the necessary repairs and not up-selling me. I have found a new auto repair shop for my baby blue beauty.

They probably aren't the cheapest place in town, but they do quality work at a reasonable price. They try to do things right the first time, and in those rare situations when that doesn't happen they always make it right. This is a business you can trust.
