I was in Des Moines over the Holidays and was having some battery issues with my car. I first called the car dealer to bring my car in for service and the earliest appointment was the following day, the day we were leaving Des Moines. My sister said that I should make a call to where her and her husband's cars are serviced. I spoke to Chad, teh Service Advisor and explained my car concerns. He said to bring the car right in and Beckley would have a look right away to determine what was wrong with the battery. Chad was extremely polite, professional and truly caring. Chad gave me great service advice. Chad was able to get me the correct battery and even called the dealer and got me another part I needed. They even installed both parts and I was soon on my way knowing that my car was in excellent shape to make my travel home. This is a great place to have your autos serviced. I felt like I was a long time customer even when it was my first experience with Beckley Automative. Their location is very convenient and easy to find in downtown Des Moines. I own an independent garage in the Chicago area. This morning we had a customer who was moving to Colorado, who's car we had just serviced, have a problem as they arrived in Des Moines for the night. Having met Steve in the past at industry events I called his shop right away, John, the service advisor took control of the situation, got my customers issues resolved and was very fair and professional the entire time. As a shop owner I can tell the difference from a professional operation and a not so professional one. Beckley Imports is the place you want to go if you're in Des Moines.
