The folks at Beckley Automotive Services were very courteous and helpful. We had some difficulties with the rear brakes on our Toyota Land Cruiser. Beckley's diagnosed the problem right away and contacted me with recommendations and a very accurate quote. The vehicle was repaired and they were able to pick me up and bring me back to the office on short notice when my other ride fell through. The service at Beckley Automotive Services is exceptional and I trust them with any repair work. I will definitely be going back to them for any future work on my vehicle.
I've been going to Beckley Automotive Services for a long time. I'm always greeted by name when I call for an appointment and when I drop off my car. The care they give my care is excellent. Very poor customer service. Owner is very unfriendly. My friend got his vehicle repaired. Very unfriendly staff with arrogance. Never going back or recommend to friends. Please stay out of this crazy place.

i had my porsche looked at Beckley Automotive services today and i'm extremely satisfied!!! top notch staff, very friendly and extremely talented individuals :) i dropped my porsche off at 7:30 am and they finished by 10:00 am I'm speechless on how good these guys are, simply amazing!!!! People will ask me where I take my vehicles to get serviced and I tell them Beckley Automotive is the only place I will take them. The staff is polite, it's convenient, the office is clean and it's competitively priced.
