Beckley’s is the reason I have not bought a new car in 21 years.
Chose this business since they have good reviews online, but from my experience I completely disagree. Was told I needed new brakes and new vacuum hose for brake booster, quoted 800 for the brakes and hose repair. Got second opinion from Volkswagen dealer who quoted 300 dollars less for same repair. Once the dealer inspected the car they found an access panel that Beckley auto removed and left on top of my engine and did not put it back in place. Volkswagen dealer also stated brakes were not needing replaced and were only soft due to the vacuum leak effecting the brake booster. I am absolutely disappointed in this company and at this point consider them thief’s after getting a third opinion which agreed with the Volkswagen dealer. Will tell everyone I know to not use this fraudulent business.

Besides shuttling me home and even offering to pick me up when I could not procure an Uber or Lyft, Beckleys took the time to explain all issues and repairs needed. I really appreciated the emails with exceptional detail on the work they had done to come to a proper estimate of the work and costs. If you have a foreign car this is the place to go, don’t learn the hard way!
