Overall to this point I am satisfied with the service. All of the efforts made prior to the work being done were spot on. I’m not a technical person but I appreciate the system Beckleys used. I believe in paying a professional what they are worth- but I also believe in volume discounts. I’m new to Beckleys and I will need time to see how the work fairs out. Corey was professional- stayed on point and worked the problem. I trusted his judgement on what to fix on our older vehicle and after driving away I could feel a dramatic difference. As far as Mechanical repair shops go. This one is top notch. Very classy! More later,

They are the best! They provide the best consulting. My BMW X3 had the engine check light on and was on the limp mode. Jon and Chad figured out that the problem is with the timing chain and it needed replacement. It would cost me an arm and a leg. They searched online and found out that there is a recall from the company for the timing chain fault. It saved my butt! I really appreciate what they did. They put the costumer's benefit ahead their owns. Highly recommended
