Great company to work with. I have brought 2 of my cars here and they do a great job. The last issue I had was a serious vibration at highway speeds. I thought for sure it was a control arm, or something seriously broken in the suspension but it turns out it was mud and gravel dust caked on the inside of the wheel. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg to get it going again but I really appreciate their honesty because they could have easily lied and said it was something serious. Thanks Beckley!
This was my first trip to Beckley’s, and I was happy with the service work performed. They were able to get me in within a week, provided clear diagnostics/communication, and suggested services with competitive pricing. This was a much better experience than I’ve had recently at either the Des Moines Mini or BMW dealerships. I’ll be using Beckley’s for both my Mini and BMW going forward. 👍
