As always, I feel I can trust the upkeep of my car with Beckley. I especially like that the people working the front desk are able to communicate auto issues with non-car people in a way that seems honest and informative.
They are always honest and fair. It is hard to find a car mechanic you can trust, one that actually cares about you and that is not just out to make the most money they can. I am so glad that I discovered Beckley and feel confident that I will be treated fairly. They are always friendly and provide great customer service even letting me use their shuttle when the normal shuttle driver wasn’t working. That is beyond what is expected!
Great service. I had a deadline due to a family commitment & they worked hard to get my Porsche done by that time. I was kept informed of schedule & pricing and the repair was completed early.
Had my Sequoia in to have the oil changed and a couple of repairs completed. They did a great job, as always.
Everyone was helpful and they fixed the car when others couldn't.
