My wife and I have brought our cars to Beckley's on numerous occasions and have been extraordinarily pleased with the service. Every time the work is done in time and without issue. They are conveniently located downtown and their shuttle gets me to work without delay.

I have taken my vehicles to Beckley's for a long time. I have strayed and gone with other shops in the past, and none of them have lived up to the expectations I have just from being a Beckley's customer. I will never go anywhere else again, and will go out of my way just to take my vehicle to them. Aaron is so good at what he does, Chad and John are amazing techs, and I love that Steve Beckley knows exactly who I am when I walk through the door. It's a great feeling to know that my business is appreciated!

Walked in and the place was very clean and organized. Staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had an issue and explained it and within 20-30 minutes after leaving they called me and had found the problem. Gave me a quote for it at a very reasonable price and got it taken care of. Mar car runs very quietly and I have a burden off my shoulders. I complimented them on the service and found out that most of the mechanics have been around no less than 10 years. Will be bringing my vehicle back for any and all service. Keep it up Beckley Auto!

This is the first time I have been to this auto shop and I am very pleased with (Chad) who has worked with trying to help me solve the problems that my Cadillac is having. He has made me very comfortable breaking down all the necessary repairs and not up-selling me. I have found a new auto repair shop for my baby blue beauty.

Beckley Automotive has earned our trust and business for more than 25 years. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They probably aren't the cheapest place in town, but they do quality work at a reasonable price. They try to do things right the first time, and in those rare situations when that doesn't happen they always make it right. This is a business you can trust. They are not out play tricks or take advantage of people. They do solid work and provide great service.

I have known Steve Beckley for eight years and have done some freelancing for the company. This has given me the opportunity to watch how he runs his business and it's always with integrity and professionalism. He treats his employees with respect and as I watch their interactions with customers, these values are passed onto them as well. After performing an informal survey with his customers, typically the first comment is about his knowledge of all makes of cars. Other adjectives were friendly, efficient and how competitive the prices are.

I did not wind up using them, and my contact with them was maybe only one to two minutes, if that. I called them up about some issues with my Subaru. The man I talked to told me that they hadn't had much luck with the issue I was referencing (head gaskets). I rate them at five stars because of the honesty that they showed. They chose to forfeit business for my best interest. This suggests to me that they are a trustworthy company.
