This is the first time I have been to this auto shop and I am very pleased with (Chad) who has worked with trying to help me solve the problems that my Cadillac is having. He has made me very comfortable breaking down all the necessary repairs and not up-selling me. I have found a new auto repair shop for my baby blue beauty.

Beckley Automotive has earned our trust and business for more than 25 years. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They probably aren't the cheapest place in town, but they do quality work at a reasonable price. They try to do things right the first time, and in those rare situations when that doesn't happen they always make it right. This is a business you can trust. They are not out play tricks or take advantage of people. They do solid work and provide great service.

I have known Steve Beckley for eight years and have done some freelancing for the company. This has given me the opportunity to watch how he runs his business and it's always with integrity and professionalism. He treats his employees with respect and as I watch their interactions with customers, these values are passed onto them as well. After performing an informal survey with his customers, typically the first comment is about his knowledge of all makes of cars. Other adjectives were friendly, efficient and how competitive the prices are.

I did not wind up using them, and my contact with them was maybe only one to two minutes, if that. I called them up about some issues with my Subaru. The man I talked to told me that they hadn't had much luck with the issue I was referencing (head gaskets). I rate them at five stars because of the honesty that they showed. They chose to forfeit business for my best interest. This suggests to me that they are a trustworthy company.

my daughter and I were traveling from Minnesota to Kansas and had some car trouble with our VW Golf. They were the only shop that was able to fix it the same day. Everyone else said it would take at least a day to get the part we needed. They were great to work with and completed the work WAY sooner than they thought so we were back on out way in no time!

Went to bmw of desmoines herd nothing but cant wont and too bad sorry we are your only option so, went here saw a nice lambo being serviced and herd can, will, and thats a good thing way more positive getting a bmw serviced shouldnt be a depressing thing or youll not want to do it i thank you for being positive and making us fell like our car is a great machine and service doesnt have to be a depressing thing.....thanks aaron

The staff here are friendly and professional, called with updates on my car and also vacuumed it out and washed it when finished. Would recommend them to others.
