I’ve always been happy with my service from Beckley. They know what they are doing and have always given me good advice on what should be done versus what could be done. This is pretty important when you’re dealing with an 18 year old vehicle.

The vehicle was towed in with no appointment for a coolant leak. They worked me in and finished sooner than expected at a lower cost than quoted elsewhere. Very courteous staff. I have found Rosie’s caretakers from now on ( red 2014 BMW 328d ). Thanks guys!

Don’t take your vehicle to Beckley Auto. They do not stand behind their work. I definitely won’t be going back there ever. To your response: Your technician (Jon) was the last person under the hood when he replaced the radiator. Whatever he moved caused the lower hose to rub on the power steering pulley. Which made a hole in the lower hose and leaked all of the antifreeze out. You won’t change my mind on what happened. Just own it! Be truthful, no one likes a dishonest Business.

I really wanna give special shout-out to, Beckley’s they helped me find my issue and my home dealership couldn’t ! & now I don’t have to trade my car in .. I’m going to buy a house instead ! Thanks a lot Jon was great to work with he explained this to me very well and I don’t know much about cars.
