When making the appointment, communication could have been clearer as to when I needed to arrive and the estimated duration of the service. Post service discussions were very good in terms of unresolved issues and future needs.
I brought my 2008 VW R32 for a minor leak. Beckley's took care of my car. with no fuss, on time, and at a reasonable price. Beckley's is awesome and they are the only shop that I take my car to, here in Des Moines.

The guys at Beckley auto are awesome. Had close to $4000 worth of procrastinated vehicle maintenance done. The vehicle has not ran this well since it was new. The gang at Beckley are polite and professional. They also saved me $600 compared to taking it to the dealership. The next time I need repairs, I will go back to Beckley. I highly recommend this great group of guys.
