Everything about Beckley Automotive exceeded my expectations! I have had difficulty getting my Audi serviced by the dealer I bought it from and I'm so so glad I did as I would never have found Beckley. The Beckley staff were professional, courteous and friendly from start to finish. My first experience was booking the appointment with ease and I received frequent text and email reminders of the upcoming appointment. I appreciated this! Their communication from the initial appointment to explaining the issues with my car, to pick up and further car needs was straightforward and comprehensive. The workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. They were friendly and very patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Beckley Automotive Services especially as an older woman who knows nothing about cars!!

I could not be happier with the customer experience I received. I dropped my Audi off and gave them a $3000 blind budget that I was prepared to spend if needed because I had just purchased the car, had never owned and Audi, and was concerned about what the previous owners had put the car throught. After a complete inspection and taking the car out for an actual test drive, I walk away with a $1,200 bill and a clean bill of health for the car!!! They had permission to spend $3000 and only used $1200. Good honest group at this shop for sure...and that is really all that matters when selecting a good shop!
