They are super friendly and quick, but i docked a star because their prices are expensive. They do good work, they just charge more than I like to pay.

Always really kind. Prices seem fair. Will give you a ride for free to your destination while they work on your car. They don't treat me like I'm an idiot which you get a lot at car places when you're a girl in your twenties.

I have gone there 3 times in the past 6 months for various issues and not only to they have a very thorough breakdown of the work they are doing, eliminating guesswork and explaining everything in simple, easy to understand terms, but they are very reasonable for an import shop. I will continue to go to them for work on my Mercedes till it crumbles to a dust!

John and Chad have been very helpful and professional. I was originally quoted a price only to be told it would be $500 less than the original quote because they were able to source the parts from different vendors. How often does that happen?!

Steve and all the guys in his shop are so super nice. I've always gotten great service from them, from oil changes to new tires to figuring out what that burning oil smell was that one time. They never try to upsell on extra stuff that you don't need, and they seem to be pretty honest about how long you can technically get away with not making a repair or replacing a part on the spot.

Went to BMW of Des Moines for a light on - heard "oh our computer cant talk to your car, we cant do anything....if you want us to look at THAT issue make a separate appointment but we could work on that for 10+ hours and likely not fix it"....followed by a bill for $170 for that bit of knowledge. Went to Beckley - they had my the "communication" issue AND the "light on" issue fixed in about 45 mins. They ACTUALLY looked at the CAR....hmm. Took them a short time to find a li...

Had a wonderful experience servicing my Mercedes-Benz brakes/ rotors. These guys were honest and straight forward about what I needed done. When we inquired about some things we were told we need to do regarding servicing our BMW elsewhere, they told us multiple things were not needed. Very impressed and we will be returning for all our automotive service needs. Highly recommend.
