I am new to Iowa and have lived in Massachusetts for the past 20+ years. I was in Des Moines and experienced an issue with my 2015 Land Rover LR4. It needed to be towed for repair, and the last place I wanted to take it was the dealership. I’d used the same shop in Boston for 4 Land Rovers over 20 years, and I felt lost and a bit desperate. After a quick Google search I found Beckley and their many 5 star reviews jumped out at me. I called and spoke to Tim, who was so incredibly helpful, and I knew I’d found my new place. Tim was so communicative through phone and text while my vehicle was being repaired, the technician discovered additional (much needed) repairs during a courtesy inspection, and everything was completed very quickly at a very fair price. Thank you Tim and Beckley Automotive for a phenomenal customer experience and for being my new forever shop that I can rely on to take excellent care of me and my Land Rover.

Beckley is one of the few service providers that actually creates a great customer experience. They respond promptly, communicate details and provide honest transparency to work that is needed or not needed. I will never return to the unnamed dealership where I had prior service…. as Beckley truly cares about the customer.

I coordinated a repair from son’s car who is a student at Drake and with me being in Missouri. The team at Buckley were professional and transparent in their estimates and repairs. I feel very comfortable referring them to anyone and especially if you are in an out of town situation like me.
