I discovered that my driver side power window switch (on my 2014 VW GTI) was not working properly and would not roll back up. Called my longstanding Beckley service advisor (Jon Selby) at 5:00PM on a Thursday about this. He assisted me in diagnosing the problem over the phone and told me how to get my window back up (a little VW trick). He determined I needed a new switch assembly and ordered the part for next day shipping. Brought my car in the next day and they got the new switch installed while I waited, about a half hour. I call Jon my VW whisperer, since he is so incredibly knowledgeable about VWs in particular, based on his years a VW technician. I’ve been using (and depending upon) Beckley for my last two VWs, since around 2006-2007. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a European (particularly German) car.

Excellent work, personable and courteous staff, wonderful reception area and atmosphere. Plan to continue vehicle care with them - they are the best.

The Beckley folks worked hard to find a solution to my engine problem. They did several diagnostic tests and changed parts around and tried many things (including draining the fuel). I was very impressed with their diligence in working toward a solution. I know they do good work, and are excellent to work with. Communication could be a little better, but was sufficient for our needs. Unfortunately, in the end, they didn't find a solution to the problem, however they only charged me for one of the many diagnostic tests they did and the new battery. They could have charged A LOT more for all the time and effort they put in. I hope to take my vehicle back after the dealer figures out how to solve the problem.

Beckley is the only place I'm going to take my vehicles from now on. I made the mistake of buying an Audi, that needs constant upkeep. Everytime I take my Audi to the dealership, they give me the wildest "estimated repairs" bill I've ever seen. I took my vehicle to Beckley most recently, and they worked with me on a minor repair that was more inconvenient than anything. They gave me a very fair cost, the communication was fantastic, and they gave very detailed comments, with pictures included, as to what was wrong with my car in the first place. They also fixed the vehicle to my satisfaction. I trust Beckley with all my future auto repairs, they have earned my business!
