Have been taking vehicles here for the last 3 years or so. Always polite and professional. Good prices for services, beats the dealer prices by miles. Will point out items that need to be addressed, but will take your first ‘no’ without argument. If there is a minor issue that doesn’t need immediate repair, they point it out as a watch item so you are aware. Questions are answered without making you feel dumb for asking them. They take great care of your vehicle while they have it. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there.
I was traveling across the country and I had my check engine light come on and my car had some clear problems accelerating.i was very concerned continuing my drive home for the last 300 miles so I wanted to get it checked out. I called 7 places and everyone said they wouldn't be able to even look at it for at least a week. When I called Beckley a man named John answered the phone and and listened to my situation. He offered to hook it up to the computer quick so I can get an idea if my car was able to get home or if it needed to be towed home. When I got there he quickly helped me and gave me the information on how to get my car home safe. He was on his break and said it was no charge. I couldn't believe how nice he was and he refused a tip. John at Beckley auto is a stand up guy and genuinely cares about the customers. I highly recommend calling this place first. Thanks john!!
