I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I brought my 2021 BMW X5M in for a service that cost me $3,500 and left with two damaged wheels. When I addressed this with the owner, instead of taking accountability, he told me that they deal with high-end vehicles on a daily basis and suggested that my vehicle — “although nice” — must have come in that way. That explanation is total BS. Since leaving the shop, I’ve taken a closer look and realized the passenger-side wheel is actually worse than the driver’s side. You can clearly see the paint freshly flaking off. At first I thought it was just leftover tire dressing or residue, but it’s obvious now that the finish itself is damaged. In addition, my carbon fiber intake has been scratched as well as my carbon fiber engine cover was not fully fastened down. I’ve since requested camera footage from the time my vehicle was in your care, and I expect a response ASAP. When customers trust a shop with a high-end vehicle and spend thousands on service, the least they should expect is honesty, accountability, and respect for their property. Right now, that’s not what I experienced.
