Hired them to change AC cooling fan, they broke my radiator in the process and charged me to fix that, then the radiator exploded 20 minutes after leaving their shop. Enter at your own risk, they won’t take responsibility.
I’m sorry you were unhappy with your recent visit and the repairs made to your 21 year old PT Cruiser. However, we did not break your radiator as it was previously broken and glued together by someone else. When we performed the repair to your cooling fan that glue failed which then required us to replace the radiator. After you picked up the vehicle your radiator did not explode. The problem was the thermostat housing failed allowing all the coolant to drain from the cooling system. Mr. Negrete we did not initially work with the thermostat housing on your car. However, we did replace the thermostat housing for you as a goodwill gesture. We did not charge you any labor and only charged you $50.00 for the coolant and the new thermostat housing we installed on your vehicle. I’m sorry you’re having problems with your vehicle, however these were additional problems with your vehicle, not a problem with the service you received at Beckley Automotive.
