Always transparent, don’t try to upsell you. I’ve had only maintenance so far but they’re thorough with their inspection and provide all the information they’ve found. The estimates I’ve received have been dead on for the more major services but they also give me a heads up well in advance to know what I need to save for.

I recently had a coolant leak and oil leak issue with my BMW. I did some research online (I always do this) before having the work done. My suspected oil leak was confirmed by Beckley and they identified the source of the coolant leak. They (Jon and Chad) were great by working with me on a limited budget and fixed both issues and saved me $300 from the original estimate. Some of the needed work overlapped and they were able to adjust the charge accordingly. So far fixes are good and I am satisfied with the diagnosis and work completed. Would highly recommend!
