Quick repair for flat tire - staff was friendly.
My car was in below freezing temps at the airport for a week and and wasn't running right when I got back. I didn't want to try to drive an hour home. My brother recommended Beckley. Not only did they get my car in that day to diagnose, they had it ready for me to get home that afternoon. They gave me a ride to a coffee shop while I wanted. Tim was very friendly. The office was very clean. Everyone was very professional. While I don't live in the area, I would highly recommend them to anyone who does! My brother said they will continue to use Beckley and refer others as well.
I had a potential issue with my S500 that centered around a hose leak in the radiator. They took me in during the past snowstorm and identified that I had no problem at all and that it was good to go. The charge was minimal and I really appreciate the prompt service and efficiency.

I had been there before and knew the quality/work would be good. Bought a used MB with very low miles and had a pressure/leak concern that they addressed for me. They spend extra time on the testing and gave me a green light for my trip. The expense was extremely fair! Do I dare use the word "cheap?!!". I'm very satisfied. Thank you!!
