I was traveling across the country and I had my check engine light come on and my car had some clear problems accelerating.i was very concerned continuing my drive home for the last 300 miles so I wanted to get it checked out. I called 7 places and everyone said they wouldn't be able to even look at it for at least a week. When I called Beckley a man named John answered the phone and and listened to my situation. He offered to hook it up to the computer quick so I can get an idea if my car was able to get home or if it needed to be towed home. When I got there he quickly helped me and gave me the information on how to get my car home safe. He was on his break and said it was no charge. I couldn't believe how nice he was and he refused a tip. John at Beckley auto is a stand up guy and genuinely cares about the customers. I highly recommend calling this place first. Thanks john!!

After three-fourths into my across the country trip, my check engine light appeared (twice actually with rough drive). The local Audi Service Center could not assist with a check engine light, they referred me to Beckley's. Not only did Cory accommodate the short notice check, but he was also extremely pleasant and professional. We made it home and are truly grateful for Cory!

They gave me the lowest price estimate of all of the qualified shops in the Des Moines area that I contacted. They were very timely and went above and beyond by cleaning my car at no extra fee! Excellent customer service, would recommend!
