I brought my 2007 BMS 525xi into Beckley Automotive after trying to fix a battery issue on my own and after going to another reputable service shop which couldn’t seem to fix the problem. I had previously frequented Beckley when I worked downtown, but since I was working in the suburbs, I chose to go somewhere close to home. Well, I learned from my mistake that one cannot trade complete convenience for complete and professional automotive repair of my BMW. Jon is knowledgeable on BMWs, and he explained to me how they would approach the problem and answered all of the questions with a great deal of patience. They ended up keeping the car for three full days to continue monitoring and running tests to ensure there were no further issues and kept me updated on the progress. Jon knew I didn’t want it back if the problem would only continue once I had it back home. They tested it inside and outside in the cold weather and whatever had been causing the issue was gone and I credit Beckley Automotive for their professionalism and attention to detail and reasonable repair cost. I know there were other items that eventually would need repaired (and was reminded of this at the other shop), but Beckley’s focus was seeing to the issue at hand, not finding other items to repair and run up my bill.
