I've taken my 2013 and 2004 BMWs to Beckley for two years. I've always been happy with the service. Never any unpleasant surprises on repairs or the bills.

Choosing a place to take my vehicles for regular maintenance and needed repairs was always a struggle and very stressful for me. Since my first visit to Beckley's about three years ago, I feel confident that I'll never need to go anywhere else. They do a great job and always explain everything I need to know. I always trust I'm getting a fair price and never feel like they're pressuring me into unnecessary services.

The Beckley team are my go-to guys when it comes to cars--performing maintenance; recommending where to get other services, such as body work done; and helping me evaluate any vehicles I may be considering for purchase. They always make time to be helpful, and I trust and rely on them.

Being a student, I would say I was treated great and they dealt with my Jetta in a very professional manner. They made sure my car was safe to drive before I got to drive it, which made me feel secure on my way home. Car runs great! Although services are a bit expensive for a student with a tight budget, it is good quality service, so I would trust my car to Beckley’s in the future without a doubt. Definitely save some money!

Chad and the rest of the staff at Beckley are always great to deal with. They stay in constant communication about your vehicle and what they recommend during the next oil change/visit. I've recommended several people here. Also, being downtown, it's easy to get in and out of and right back on the interstate.

I am so happy I found Beckley Automotive Services!! I had always taken my vehicle to the dealership for service in the past until I found Beckley. I believe the service here is better by far! I also believe they are more trustworthy AND less expensive. I appreciate the fact they give me an estimate of work needed now and potential work to think about (not urgent need, but will need to be done someday) with an estimated dollar amount for repairs.
