This was my first experience with Beckley since I just purchased a used Mini Cooper S, and I have to say I am very pleased with the professionalism, service, and the results. They identified and resolved the issue I had with my front tire. They also performed a full inspection of the car and emailed me the diagnostics along with pictures and a breakdown of costs. I'm very pleased with the service and will definitely be returning to Beckley for my future automotive service.

Every time I leave Beckley I feel like I was treated fairly. Unlike dealer and other independent service centers where I feel like I have been fleeced.
