The service at Beckley's is simply outstanding throughout the entire process. They are great in assessing problems and they return your call promptly and the price for various services I have used have been very fair. Glad there is Beckley Automotive Services in Des Moines and we use them for all three of our European cars.

Had an advanced appointment which was easy to set up. Within 2 1/2 hours three issues had been resolved to my satisfaction. Great place to have your car serviced.

Very professional in in their service of our vehicle. Their shop is very clean and appears well organized. They had quite a variety of makes/models on which they were working as well.

Beckley is a supremely trusted mechanic. When a couple bulbs in my dash panel failed (in my 1997 Geo Prizm), they proactively replaced all four, not just the two that failed, given how old the car was, and how inexpensive the bulbs were. I didn't even think to ask for that, but in their expert experience, they looked out for my interests. I recommend anyone (especially folks with a newer-than-25-year-old car) to use Beckley as your mechanic of choice!
