Appreciated the clear description of work (w/photos) and quotation provided for customer's approval before starting. Worked to select a mutually agreed upon date for the work, provided reminders prior to appointment, and work was done as planned & quoted without any problems. Very smooth experience. People were friendly and had big smiles for us.
