The service was great from making the appt. online, the follow up and when my car was ready for pickup.

If you choose to read this you will be left saying one thing- "YOUR KIDDING ME!".. I have a 2001 Mercedes ML320. On a scale of 1-10 I would say its a strong 7. To cut to the bulk of the story- I had Beckley's put 4k worth of work into it. ( it's only worth 4k) . They did an awesome job-! I know...Why? Because its a great car! I didn't want to take chances with another trip to the Car Lot and I know you know what I mean. Here's the cherry on the cake, I just added another 1k to the Beckley's bill as the break lines were rusted out. I know what your going to say and No- this was not in the initial inspection- Yes they put on all new breaks on the first visit along with Struts, and Tires ….It was a lot of stuff. BUT what's important is they went to Ames to get it. They ordered the parts and with in a week I have it back. I could of had ANYBODY else fix this for less, RIGHT?? BUT- would I have peace of mind? Also- how many times do you want to bring it back? Me- I'm a once and done kind of guy. I know that if this is not done right all I have to do is bring it back. What about you? how many calls to your friend or family member will it take to get it done? When will they show up? Are they going to have all the tools? Have they ever done this before? My advice is simple- get on the phone and call the team at Beckley's . Be like Nike and GET IT DONE!

I love their waiting area. They made the place very comfy. The service was great, as usual. They always have time to answer my questions. They even gave me some recommendations for other businesses I could check to fix my car seats and redo my radio (they do not provide those services). The prices are fair and they never surprise you with unexpected additional work. They always ask before to fix something that may come up during the inspection or maintenance work. I have recommended this garage shop many times to my friends and I will keep doings go.

Beckley is wonderful! I scheduled my appointment to have my car looked at - when I brought it in, they didn't have me down to wait for the vehicle but they got it in within 5 minutes to look at it and then were able to fix it within an hour! It was very affordable too. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable - nice couches, floor was clean, beverages available too! The service guys were very nice and approachable, and as a female, they treated me with respect. Thank you so much for your help today making my car repair so easy.

The Beckley team was absolutely friendly and professional their solutions to the repair needed on my Audi Q5 was ingenious. The local Audi dealership cost to evaluate first was three times the cost of the actual Beckley repair. Sometimes a smart simple thought process is all that’s needed, I guess this comes with experience and keeping in mind great customer service and value.I highly recommend Beckley Automotive group. Just another satisfied customer.
