As usual, work was done on time and communication was above and beyond.

I have always had a great experience at Beckley. I have been taking my car there for services since 2016. Great location if you live or work downtown. I recently needed a lot of repairs to my car. They texted me a list of items and images explaining each issue, how severe it was and the cost. It was nice to be able to send the link to my dad to review / approve each repair rather than having to make a decision on the spot or over the phone.

These guys are awesome, my son was traveling through on way to Colorado when his Audi A6 developed a stuttering issue. Even though he limped it in at closing time they took the time to get it figured out and fixed so he wouldn't be stranded as a winter storm moved in. I would recommend Beckley to anyone, they will treat you fairly and with competence.

Things were done in a timely manner. Inspection showed a few things that may need to be taken care of in future checkups in the next 6 - 12 months. Great people, nice waiting area and I plan on using them for more things in the future.

I picked up a nail in my sidewall and needed to have the tire repaired or replaced. It couldn't be repaired, and because of the make of the car, I had to have two tires replaced. The work was done quickly and at the estimated cost. I'll go back.

I was on my way home Friday night and hit a pot hole and blew out a tire. I ended up close to Beckley Automotive. They put my spare on and was out of there within an hour. Very friendly people and I would use them again.

I was pleased with their service. It was a challenging project, but through persistent efforts, it was accomplished at the estimated costs.
