They couldn't repair the issue as BMW has some specific tools for this process, but it was a quick turnaround and excellent explanation.

These guys were awesome and so helpful! I wanted to get my car checked out quickly before a trip to Illinois to make sure everything was good to go (I should have planned better than two days before my trip, but that’s on me). They made time for me to come in the same day I had asked them to inspect it and they were able to get my brake pads repaired the next day, as well as topping off my fluids and replacing the cabin filter. I know they were extremely busy because I could hear them telling people that they were booked out for the week while I was in the waiting area. I’m thankful they were able to squeeze me in. They have very fair prices as well. I will definitely come back here!
Great communication and competitive pricing. Was worth the time savings getting my Z4 on the road quickly with a new suspension system. Will definitely use Beckley for anything I am not doing myself going forward!
