I had begun to think that by topping off the oil with the wrong type and viscosity at home that I had done something stupid. Since the car was due for an oil change in a short time anyway, I called Beckley's because of their proximity to where I work and their experience with European cars. To my pleasant surprise, they made room to not only change the oil and filter that same day but also performed a brake fluid change and multipoint inspection that is on the service schedule for the age/mileage. And the total cost was another pleasant surprise. Based on dealership service cost for what had been done a year earlier, Beckley's has my business going forward.

Called for an oil change, they offered to get me in that week. I waiting for my vehicle while it was being worked on, was done quickly. Best part…the price. If I was to go to the dealership it would be at least twice as much.
