Being relatively new to the area with a vehicle that doesn’t have a dealership/service garage in town I couldn’t be happier that I came across the guys at Beckley. They were honest on the phone about what they were able to do and the limits of their service to my vehicle. While waiting for the service to be preformed so many happy customers came in. Every phone call was answered respectfully and professionally. Several customers “stopped by” due to an immediate need for car service and not a single customer was turned away nor made to feel guilty due to their last min service need.
Hands down best auto shop in Des Moines–they treat customers with the highest end vehicles like Porsche, Mercedes, Audi and Volvo with the same amount of care as they do to the people who bring in domestic and Japanese cars. Their exceptional customer service and honest pricing are impossible to beat. Their price was $80 cheaper than the dealer for an oil change on my Volvo SUV. Will definitely be a regular customer moving forward not to mention my family has taken their BMWs for service here for years with the same exceptional experience.
