Very professional and helpful! Our car was having issues while in Des Moines from out of town, so I didn’t have another means of transportation. They had a shuttle take me back to where I was staying and pick me up as needed, and were able to diagnose my vehicle’s issue and provide me documentation for what was in this case covered under a recall by my dealer. While I was required to have the work done by a specific shop for the recall, and therefore couldn’t use Beckley for the repairs, they were extremely reasonable for the diagnosis cost and worked on my behalf every step of the way. I really appreciate their help and 5 star service.

Beckley’s has FABULOUS customer service. I had blown a tire, I am not knowledgeable in this space. They helped me determine what was needed, & gave me information to make a decision. They called back quickly with an estimate and had my car serviced promptly.

great communication via text updates, location is great for anyone that works downtown and needs auto service or repairs!

The staff at Beckley is always great about explaining the details of whatever service I’m in for and when I might need something again. I had my BMW in for an oil change and regular service over the summer, and they let me know I’d need to replace the front tires “not immediately but sometime before winter” which I appreciated. The tire service was just done, surprisingly quick considering how busy they were that day, and they walked me through the details of the alignment as well. I’m new to owning imports, but I always feel like my car and I are in good hands here.

They made the process so easy from scheduling to paying for the service and everything in between. Very friendly as well!
