My car was having severe acceleration problems and they told me I needed new spark plugs (they also changed a serpentine belt and wipers). It was over $500, which seemed very high, but I did agreed to it. For that price I expected my acceleration problems to be fixed. The car drove the exact same on my way home, apparently spark plugs were not the problem. I took it back in this morning and asked them to make it right. They said they'd take care of it. We'll see if they follow through.... I'm updating this review from 1 to 3 stars. They seem to be doing everything in their power to remedy my car. At this point it is perhaps just as likely that it's my car that is lousy, not Beckley.
