Everything about Beckley Automotive exceeded my expectations! I have had difficulty getting my Audi serviced by the dealer I bought it from and I'm so so glad I did as I would never have found Beckley. The Beckley staff were professional, courteous and friendly from start to finish. My first experience was booking the appointment with ease and I received frequent text and email reminders of the upcoming appointment. I appreciated this! Their communication from the initial appointment to explaining the issues with my car, to pick up and further car needs was straightforward and comprehensive. The workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. They were friendly and very patient with my questions.
