Very pleased with the work and communication. John did a great job of letting me know of a purple of items that will need to be taken care of in the future. I appreciated that he didn’t try to push to do them right away but explained each of the repairs.
I am really impressed with the guys at Beckley. While dealership service charge you to diagnose the problem only to go to the most expensive route and along the way find any little thing to charge you for, Beckley fixes your problem and respects your wallet. They work on my Ford truck, my wife’s Volvo and my Porsche and always deliver. I have had bad experiences with all the dealerships for those cars and only good experiences with Beckley.
