This was my first experience with Beckley Automotive and I was very happy. I will return as a customer. I specifically liked the completeness of communication by the service advisor using their app to approve or decline services. Since I have a fleet of vehicles I have a lot of experience with auto repair shops and I would rate this one as great!

The team at Beckley has done an excellent job with scheduling & servicing my 2001 Toyota 4-Runner. They always provide thorough documentation and recommendations (with photographs) of repairs that should be prioritized. Highly recommend this shop for quality service.

Was recommended to Beckleys by a friend who told me he trusts their honest quality work. My recent experience with them was great. Brought in my Mercedes for suspension work and the final bill was less than expected as they found some of the additional work wasn't needed. This kind of shop is hard to find. Definately will be a repeat customer.
