Process was easy. I made an appointment for repairs online, when they got my car in, they sent me an itemized list of required and suggested repairs via text. I was able to pick which to do. No pressure to do unnecessary repairs. They then communicated when the car was complete. The car has 126000 miles and feels like a brand new car.
