Overall, it was an okay experience. Jon was my service advisor and he was fantastic—very knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful. However, first impressions walking in weren’t great. When I dropped off and later picked up my car, no one at the front desk looked up, greeted me, or acknowledged I was there. The person who eventually helped me seemed irritated and pretty short with me. As far as pricing goes, I’m not sure I agree with other reviews mentioning great deals—I was able to get the same repairs done elsewhere for about half the cost with comparable quality. All in all, it’s an alright place, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially with customer service at the front desk and pricing.
