When I scheduled service, in addition to the yearly oil change, I asked them to check out the shimmy in the Driver’s side mirror glass. Toward the end of the day I was called and told the car was ready. When I picked the car up I asked them about it and was told that they couldn’t find anything wrong. Of course, the problem persisted. All they would have needed to do was inspect the casing to see that the mirror glass was loose from the casing. Clearly, they hadn’t doubled the casing to inspect the mirror. I had the problem fixed by a local shop whose charges don’t even come close to those charged by Beckley. My prior experiences with this shop have been relatively favorable. I hope this was the exception!
