Was told they would have the work done by Dec 29th didn't get it back until Jan 7th, zero communication in between. A/C in my Audi worked fine before now only runs on ECON mode. Told the shop about it no response besides them asking me to leave a review. Here it is.

Also i'm sorry it took longer than we would have liked to repair your vehicle due to the additional diagnostic time required and the holidays.
