Probably the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop. Customer service was above and beyond.
Brought the wife's BMW in for a service and 4 wheel alignment. The waiting wasn't long at all. They were very up front and honest. Not only with me, but the other people that were in there. Thw elderly lady who had no clue would have agreed to about anything if they would have went the route most shops do, but they were very honest.They weren't trying to point out stuff that didn't really need attention and tell them that they needed to get it fixed. They would point out things they seen.their prices are very reasonable too! Thank you guy's for for doing business the way so many other shops should. I will be a returning customer.

Easy scheduling and drop off. Fantastic, quick service. Pictures for all areas of work and concern. Honest. Showed me where a small leak was but indicated it was not requiring work. Excellent all around.
Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. My service started right on my scheduled appointment time. I waited in their very nice, clean and comfortable waiting area while they took care of my pickup. When work was complete my vehicle was pulled up to the front door for me and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend Beckley Automotive for your repair and service needs.
