Smooth quick experience, no issues and my car feels great after the spark plugs & a trans service. Someone almost got a $10 tip for himself when he miscounted my money at the register 😂 I give the customer service a 7 out of 10 just cause I felt at one point before I was a new customer & I was trying to explain a issue over the phone but it felt like more of an inconvience/burden to whoever I was talking with to figure out the solution for my slight knock. Shop service 10/10 as when I did bring it in for an inspection after I called I was not charged for it which I really appreciated a lot.
