First time I showed up. I had a break light that was out. They could have been the same as any other mechanic out there, always wanting to charge charge charge. However this crew was customer service oriented. He not only took care of me but after it was done. It was free of charge. Since then, I've been back for oil change. Next is tires. I know I can get the tires somewhere else cheaper. But with customer service like this. It drives me to come back. They're all a wonderful crew at that company.

I don’t typically leave reviews however finally need to leave one here! I’ve been taking my vehicle to Beckley for 7+ years and can’t say enough great things about their service, pricing & customer service/communication as well as a very comfortable customer waiting area if you choose to wait. Always a great experience.
