Took my car in when the AC went out. They made sure to be thorough during inspection and texted and called me throughout the process about what repairs needed to be done. Parts came quickly and I was only without my car for two days. They also offer a shuttle service to drive you home and bring you back to pick up your vehicle. Will be back again. Thanks!

Im new in the area and Beckley Automotive was highly recommended by a family member. My first experience was great. Very friendly staff. I appreciate the suggestions regarding additional services and guidelines regarding how soon they should be addressed. Sometimes its the small things that impress people. Such as the shuttle driver being aware of me drinking coffee. He was especially careful so it didnt spill on me! Great crew!

I brought my GL350 to Beckley Automotive for new Pirelli tires, an alignment, and three fluid flushes. They handled everything promptly and professionally, kept me informed, and made the entire visit easy. The GL now drives beautifully and feels smooth, tight, and noticeably refreshed. The quality of the work and level of service were excellent, and their pricing was far more reasonable than the Mercedes dealer. I trust them with both of my Mercedes and will absolutely continue bringing my vehicles here.
