Beckley Automotive offers foreign car owners a choice. Beckley hires technicians who specialize in foreign car repairs and provide personal service (rather than texted videos) at prices much lower than foreign car dealer repair departments. My Audi battery replacement was $100 less at Beckley Automotive—same battery, Audi specialized technician, just $100 less than the dealer quote for the same battery, the same work. More recently, I received a $17,000 quote, yes, $17,000 quote, from the dealer repair department to replace my car’s convertible top when it sporadically would not go up. No repairs were quoted, just replacement. So I called Beckley Automotive. Jon at Beckley tested my convertible top over and over until the problem showed up again and determined it was not mechanical. But rather give me an estimate for total replacement of the top, Jon charged me $47 and gave me two recommendations for local custom car shops that specialize in convertible tops which could look at it further. I’ve got an appointment at one of those shops and am hopeful. Either way, Beckley has earned my business going forward!
