Overall, it was an okay experience. Jon was my service advisor and he was fantastic—very knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely helpful. However, first impressions walking in weren’t great. When I dropped off and later picked up my car, no one at the front desk looked up, greeted me, or acknowledged I was there. The person who eventually helped me seemed irritated and pretty short with me. As far as pricing goes, I’m not sure I agree with other reviews mentioning great deals—I was able to get the same repairs done elsewhere for about half the cost with comparable quality. All in all, it’s an alright place, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially with customer service at the front desk and pricing.

The Beckley team are fantastic! They take care in explaining options on what services needs to be done and their prices are very good. Best of all I never feel that I’m being upsold on whatever the flavour of the month is (which is how it can feel at dealership service groups). This is the only place we take our cars!

I would go to Beckley again for any car needs I have! They got me in same day I called and worked fast and amazing. They are the most reasonable priced out of everyone else for a alignment, and my car is running wonderful! Super grateful. Awesome customer service as well, they made sure I was aware on what they did and emailed me the receipt along with information they gave in person.
