Work included "blower motor pre filter replacement, etc" for $598.93, but there is very little Improvement, if any, in the noise when it it on. Also included was replacement and coding of the RDC module - what is that and why did it need to be done?

I had my 2019 BMW X3 in for an annual check-up and oil change. The service tech got my car into the service bay exactly at the time of my appointment and completed the service exactly when scheduled. They thoroughly went over all items they checked and the results with me. The cost of this service was reasonable. I've owned seven BMWs and they all were in for service at Beckley Auto at some time during my ownership and I never had a bad experience. I expect to continue taking my card there going forward.
