We had a great experience. We wanted a general inspection to see whether we were looking at a bunch of major expenses on an older car we own. They gave me great feedback and really gave me peace of mind to continue driving the car. They also did a little extra diagnostics on the air conditioner, which I appreciated. I appreciated that they didn't use scare tactics to get us to do unnecessary repairs.
