Replaced Evaporator Core in 2016 Audi TT. Received quote that was half the price of Audi Dealership. Workmanship was great and Service Advisor Mike did a great job keeping me in the loop as it was a big job requiring then entire dash to be removed. Will definitely use Beckleys in the future!

I brought my Highlander in for a mysterious thumping noise coming from the front end. I know the problem was difficult to diagnose and they ended up getting it figured out for me. My only complaints are the time it took to resolve (7 business days) along with the infrequent communication. It seemed as though they put my vehicle on the backburner after a couple of days and worked on it when they had time. This may be normal for this situation. I just wish they had communicated that with me.
