I moved to town and decided on an auto mechanic using Google reviews. I've never been so happy. Reliable, honest, thorough, affordable, helpful, friendly, and it's the nicest waiting area I've ever been in. No blaring TV or dirty seating. Instead, you can sit in a nice sofa or at a table, enjoy a cup of free coffee, and use the excellent WiFi.

The people at the service desk are customer service oriented, knowledgeable and efficient. Always a good experience working with Beckley staff.

This was my first visit to Beckley Automotive and I will definitely go back AND recommend to my Volvo friends. Easy process, great communication and very fair service price. Major thumbs up!

This place is great. They worked with my extended service plan and communicated with me through text and sent links to review notes, estimates and pictures of the damage parts/rocker arms etc. Will definitely be my go to when needing automotive work or estimates in the furture.

Very good service. Trustworthy employees. Very transparent about everything going on. A little pricey but worth it.
