Large improvement from a place i previously went . Beckley improved on response time however similar to other places - if the concern was not in the computer system it was ignored. The three items I verbally asked to be checked were ignored and not addressed.

The worst place to go for repairs. 160.00 and no diagnosis for the problem that I took it in for. No repairs. Wanted another 150 just to look at it longer. Drove out of the parking lot and the car started squealing again. I will never go back there again. Scam artists.

Mr. Ryan, I'm sorry you were not happy with the results of our testing, however we did provide you with a comprehensive list of the testing we performed including: Pulling fault codes for the check engine light (which there were 14 present relating to multiple systems), Removing the oil filter insert and inspecting the regulating stand, removing the vanos solenoids and inspecting for contamination, monitoring the timing, performing a vacuum leak test and also testing the electronic coolant pump. While performing those tests we found that someone has installed multiple replacement parts indicating that this has been a problem others have attempted to fix. Unfortunately some vehicles require extensive testing to determine the cause of the root problem. We offered to continue testing at an additional charge and you declined.

The staff was seemingly great to work with but I was given information that my car would be covered under my warranty and then suddenly after diagnostic completed they were unwilling to work with my warranty company. $200. Later I had to move my car after being told by staff that they would work with my warranty company. Was really disappointed
