I heard a rattling when driving, which I didn’t suspect was anything major, but it was an obnoxious noise. Beckley got me in within a week. It was the heat shield on my exhaust. They secured it, didn’t try to up sell me on anything (which as a woman I really appreciate) AND they offered free rides to my residence and back while I was waiting on the work to be finished. This was my first time at Beckley, and I’ll definitely go again when I need to.
