Brought a fleet vehicle here for maintenence, appointment went as planned, they gave an estimated time frame and it was accurate. Took great care of the vehicle, issues were fixed. Overall very good, took a bit to get in & a few days to get it back but they specialize in Audi so it’s worth the wait.

My repair was done in under an hour. Friendly service, reasonable price, nice waiting area with WiFi. They have a BMW specialist on site so they knew just what I needed! Easy scheduling online too. I’ll be back!

I had an awesome experience with Beckley Automotive Services, I errored when I set up my appointment. When I arrived they let me know my date was off but if I could leave the car they would be able to fit me in. The oil change was completed in a timely manner and I was off again. They did an awesome job with handling everything.

Beckley Automotive has been a fantastic find to service my Nissan! Their timliness and attention to detail & customer care are unmatched in my opinion. In the 30 minutes I waited for my last oil change I heard two other customer say to the staff that they'll never take their vehicles to another place. Speaks volumes!

First time taking our vehicle here. Took car in for an oil change. Price for the oil change was very reasonable, as well as the time taken for the change. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Staff is super polite & welcoming! They provided a detailed report of their inspections, and took the time to go through it with me. As a female, I’ve experienced being talked down to at some shops, but that didn’t happen here. I felt very respected, as if I’d been a long time customer. Can say I highly recommend their shop. Will definitely be back for future services/maintenance!
